Ms Nonkoliso Tundzi is dedicated to maintain a high quality standard and is an open door policy Speaker who allows her staff to achieve their full potential. She prefers a practical, democratic approach and works at all levels of operations.

Tundzi started her employment in 1995 as a peace worker at a community peace organization. As a determined person in politics, she was elected as ANC Deputy Secretary (Bekkersdal Branch) from 1995 to 1996. She also worked as a Contract Admin Clerk at Westonaria Local Municipality from 1996 to 2000.

She was elected as a Councillor and served as a Mayoral Committee Member (Chairperson of Housing) and served in LED and Finance committees at Westonaria Local Municipality from 2000 to 2006.

In 2007 she was elected as a PR Councillor and served in Housing and LED portfolio committees at the West Rand District Municipality.
In 2008 she was appointed as the Speaker of the West Rand District Municipality.
